PHARMACY RAG 2009
3 weeks of hardcore everyday practising, of polishing of steps and expressions, of going home at 1am and returning to sch at 8am the next morning, of sleeping at 1am and waking at 3am for makeup on the final day. it's over. :)
i didnt exactly do the best i could and it was very regretful. but i'm glad to say that it was all a memorable experience. and afterall the complains i'm still glad i'm a part of it. thanks to rag, i've made new friends whom now at least i can say hi to in school and thats probably the best thing about it all. and i can proudly say i was a pharm ragger in 2009 :)
SCHOOL STARTS TMR and i hope for the best for everything and everyone. as mieoteng mentioned, she wished her best friends can be with her in this but i guess we all have to start off this journey alone. just like how we did p sch and sec sch and in other aspects of our lives, and hopefully along the way we meet new people we'll brighten up our days and become important people in our lives. i was downloading the lecture notes and wellllll i really need to study hard in this new place. as of now, i'll treasure week one because its tutorial-and-lab-less :D
ohohohoh tuesday was nussu flag day haha a few of us went to lavender to flag and i met some kind souls who donated their spare coins, some who surprised me by saying no and then coming back after that to donate again :) it was my second time flagging i think the first time was in sec3. very proud of a rather heavy tin can. we had 2 cans to one person which was rather horrible-.- didnt manage to fill anything in the second can before i had to leave to hand in the cans and leave cause i had a dental appointment. when i got to yewtee and cck i saw many yellow shirt people in NUSSU rag-and-flag tees haha i think the whole island was covered with us. and when i got home my sister saw me in that yellow tee she was like omg i saw so many of these people around just now. lol
for the list of people i mentioned i would like to meet up with before sch starts, i met wanteng for mac breakfast last sunday when i updated her about my life and she updated me about hers. it was nice and i really really wish she is in NUS with me and we can go to uni together and have the same experiences but sighh i guess its for the best. :) then after that i met munyee at AMK hub we ate at fish & co. and then shaker fries at macs haha we talked rubbish, not alot of stuff but at least now we are more updated about each other. speaking of her, happy birthday munyee :D not like she'll see this but still, happy wishes :) i'm glad i got to know her in jc my fellow slacking buddy haha. and of course, i met the dancers earlier on on saturday at PS we celebrated huitian's birthday!!! and i finally got to see leexianhuan HAHA :D the oreo cheesecake was fantabulous hehehehehhee and we talked and we had a comfortable time together. jiayee who drove to PS then brought jiayuan xianhuan huitian and i for a little spin in her car we ended up at ION which was closing hahaha and we sat on little stools under an escalator for a while before we left. ION is complicated haha i think the idea of having mrt directly linked to the mall is abit weird like you can enter a mall from orchard mrt station :/ and i need to figure my way around it soon. hopefully i'll still get to go to town when school starts :)
haven met up with p sch mates, quite hard to arrange as we all have very different schedules and everything. i still want to visit south view one day though and hopefully it'll take place :D my aviva warriors!!!!! i got to see stacy yesterday cause she came to NUS rag :D:D:D we MUST meet up before dear stacy flies off. oh man stace i cant believe you're flying off so soon!! :(
